    FAQ

    Before you book.

Anything else on your mind? Just ask — no question is too small.

I've never used a computer. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many people start from scratch. We go at your pace, explain everything in plain English, and you'll get simple written notes to practise with.

    How do online lessons work?

We connect over the internet so Wayne can see your screen and guide you step by step, while you stay in control. We'll send easy setup instructions before your first lesson.

Do I need my own computer?

It's best to learn on the device you'll actually use — your own PC or Mac — so everything looks familiar when you practise afterwards.

Can a family member join me?

Of course. Some people like having a family member alongside them — just let us know when you book.

How many lessons will I need?

It depends on what you'd like to learn. Some people need just one session for a specific task; others enjoy a series of lessons to build confidence over time.

Do you offer training for businesses?

Yes — team training on Microsoft Office, Adobe and everyday computing can be tailored to your staff. Get in touch to talk about what your team needs.
