Open the download link

  • aClick the blue Download UltraViewer button below. It opens a Google Drive folder in a new tab.
  • bFind the file called UltraViewer_setup and double-click it.

Download the file

  • aClick the Download arrow in the top-right corner of the screen.
  • bIf a message pops up, click Download anyway. This is normal for programs downloaded from Google Drive.
Your browser might ask if you want to Keep the file. Click Keep — it's safe.

Open the file you downloaded

  • aWhen the download finishes, a small box appears at the top-right (or bottom) of your browser.
  • bClick Open file under UltraViewer_setup.exe.
Can't see it? Press Ctrl + J on your keyboard to open your downloads list.

Say "Yes" to allow it

  • aWindows asks: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"
  • bClick Yes. This just lets UltraViewer install.
See a blue box saying "Windows protected your PC"? Click More info, then Run anyway.

Click through the installer

  • aKeep clicking Next — the normal settings are perfect.
  • bIf asked, tick "I accept the agreement".
  • cClick Install, wait a few seconds, then click Finish.

Find your ID and Password

  • aUltraViewer opens by itself. If not, double-click the UltraViewer icon on your desktop.
  • bOn the left side, you'll see Your ID and Password.
  • cWrite them down, or leave the window open for the next step.
The password is temporary — it changes every time you open UltraViewer. So always send the one showing right now.

Send your ID and Password to Wayne

  • aText them to 021 0238 2799, or email wayne@frostbyte.co.nz.
  • bKeep UltraViewer open. Wayne will connect and you'll see your mouse move by itself — that's him working.
  • cYou're done! Sit back and watch.

Stuck?

Quick fixes for common hiccups.

"Windows protected your PC"

Click More info, then Run anyway.

"This file isn't commonly downloaded"

Click the three dots next to the file, then Keep.

Can't find the file?

Open File Explorer (the yellow folder icon) and click Downloads on the left.

Password didn't work?

It changes each time UltraViewer opens. Send Wayne the one showing right now.

Stay safe

You're always in control.

Stop any time

Just close UltraViewer and the session ends straight away.

New password every time

Old passwords stop working once you close the app.
