PC Help

MAC Help

In order for us to remote into your Mac, we use TeamViewer. Please use this link to download and install it onto your computer: Click the button below that will go to Google Drive folder which will contain the link

After you have installed and launched the program, you should see your "Your ID" and "Password." Once I have these details, I can log in to your computer and fix those annoying issues!
